Refund and Cancellation Policy

Traderbase has not approved a no-refunds rule, refund window, prorating rule, service-credit policy, or goodwill exception. This draft intentionally does not promise or deny a refund.

A qualified attorney and owner must define applicable mandatory consumer rights for each supported jurisdiction before paid launch.

Paid acquisition uses Stripe-hosted payment fields embedded in Traderbase. The in-app purchase screen should show the exact recurring amount and billing interval before payment, and the public pricing page must match the trusted server catalog.

Annual billing remains hidden unless an owner-approved annual amount, matching Stripe price identifier, and explicit enable flag are all present.

Traderbase Billing settings currently schedule cancellation for the end of the paid billing period and allow that scheduled cancellation to be reversed before it takes effect. The final policy must define continued access, failed-payment handling, any immediate termination option, and required jurisdiction-specific exceptions consistently across the purchase screen, Billing settings, email, and the approved policy.

Requesting account deletion does not itself cancel an active Stripe subscription; the application currently tells users to manage billing separately.

The final policy needs an approved contact channel, identity and transaction verification steps, response target, eligibility criteria, tax treatment, chargeback process, and escalation path.

Do not send payment-card details through an unverified contact method. Stripe handles card entry in secure fields embedded in Traderbase.
